How Do you Know its Asbestos?
Have renovation plans for the bathroom and not sure if there is asbestos? Knowing when your house was built may help you know if you have asbestos in the bathroom.
- Before the mid-1980s? – highly likely that it has asbestos-containing products.
- Built between the mid 1980s and 1990? – likely that it has asbestos-containing products.
- After 1990? – unlikely that it has asbestos-containing products.
